The visionary behind Runwal Reallty, Pradeep Runwal has been one of the strongest pillars of the organization. As the founder and managing director of Runwal Reallty, he has been the driving force behind the organization’s success.
In the journey of more than three decades, he has steered Runwal Reallty towards making it one of the most renowned and established brands in the industry.
A gold medalist in mechanical engineering and an astute administrator, he has a keen eye for detail and a professional and creative approach to work. His foresighted thinking, analytical and scientific approach, skills in organizational set up, communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion to create outstanding structures have given the company an enviable presence in the industry. Land acquisition remains one of his key strengths.
In the past, Mr Pradeep Runwal has also held the key position of Jt. Hon. Secretary of Promoters & Builders Association of Pune (now CREDAI Pune Metro) and envisions a future where every landmark is an architectural masterpiece.
Ankush Parakh, VP
A dynamic personality, Ankush Parakh has a vast and rich experience of 15 years in the construction industry. With a BE in civil engineering, Ankush lends a firm direction to business. He spearheads the operations at Runwal Reallty ensuring that the work runs seamlessly. May 1997 – Mr. Padeep Runwal, M.D. (Runwal Reallty, Pune) received the RASHTRIYA UDYOG AWARD for QUALITY CONSTRUCTION in the presence of Hon. Satyanarayan Reddy, Former Governor of Uttar Pradesh and Orissa at Teen Murthy Bhavan, New Delhi.
SLUM REHABILITATION SCHEME
Mr. Pradeep Runwal, M.D. (Runwal Reallty, Pune) being felicitated at the hands of SHRI. MANOHAR JOSHI, then Chief Minister of Maharashtra at the inauguration of the first Slum Rehabilitation Scheme.
THE BHARAT JYOTI AWARD
May 1999 – Mr. Pradeep Runwal, M.D. (Runwal Reallty, Pune) received THE BHARAT JYOTI AWARD for the first Slum Rehabilitation Project in India.
